Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je organizace výběrové řízení na dodávku nového webového portálu. Samotnému výběrovému řízení předchází SWOT analýza jak vzorového podniku, tak jeho současného portálu, abych zjistil všechny nedostatky. The subject of my bachelor thesis is the organization of a tender on delivery of a new web portal. Before starting this tender, it was necessary to make SWOT analysis of model company and also SWOT analysis of the old web portal, which reveals all the shortcomings.
