Medzinárodná pracovná migrácia a svetový obchod sa prejavuje aj v našom pracovnom živote. Firmy aj zamestnanci pociťujú potrebu adaptovať svoje správanie na pracovisku iným kultúrnym kódom k dosiahnutiu vyššej pracovnej efektivity.
