Optimization of the adaptation process of new employees in the organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem nových zaměstnanců v organizaci, který hraje klíčovou roli pro správné začlenění nových zaměstnanců a celkovou produktivitu celé společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný proces adaptace ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout opatření pro jeho optimalizaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, kterými je teoretická a praktická část. V první části jsou představeny základní teoretické pojmy úzce související s adaptačním procesem. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu adaptačního procesu ve vybrané organizaci s využitím kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod výzkumu. Na základě získaných dat autorka zhodnotila celkovou efektivitu adaptačního procesu a představila návrh konkrétních opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět k rychlejšímu a efektivnějšímu začlenění nových zaměstnanců do pracovního prostředí a k celkovému zvýšení produktivity organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the adaptation process of new employees in an organization, which plays a key role in the proper integration of new employees and the overall productivity of the entire company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current adaptation process in the selected company and propose measures for its optimization. The thesis is divided into two main parts, which are the theoretical and practical part. In the first part, basic theoretical concepts closely related to the adaptation process are introduced. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the adaptation process in the selected organization using quantitative and qualitative research methods. Based on the data obtained, the author evaluated the overall effectiveness of the adaptation process and presented a proposal of specific measures for its improvement. The results of this work can contribute to faster and more effective integration of new employees into the work environment and to the overall increase in the productivity of the organization.
