The use of ball games in an environment of combat sports
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá využitím míčových her v prostředí úpolových sportů. První tři kapitoly popisují úpoly, míčové hry a pohybové dovednosti a schopnosti. V následující kapitole je vytvořen zásobník třiceti míčových her rozvíjejících pohybové schopnosti.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is about involving ball games into the environment of combat sports. First three chaptors describe combat sports, ball games and physical skills and abilities. In the next chapters is thirty ball games, which are useful for developing physical abilities.
