Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaobírá představením a charakterizací krize ve stavebnictví ve spojitosti se stavařskou praxí. Během posledních čtyř let zasáhlo sektor stavebnictví několik vln změn, které byly ku prospěchu subjektům stavebního trhu a v opačném případě jim uškodily. Tato bakalářská práce mapuje průběh těchto vln, které odstartovaly počátkem roku 2020 s propuknutím virové pandemie COVID-19, kdy se na základě vládních opatření téměř celkově zastavila činnost podniků ČR. Následující roky odráží dopady těchto opatření, kdy postupně započala krize materiálů, která volně přešla do krize finanční v návaznosti na energetické zdražování. Všechny tyto skutečnosti přímo ovlivnily za poslední léta výsledky stavebního sektoru. Cílem této práce je stanovit dopady krize materiálové a finanční s nepřímým porovnáním krizí z let minulých. Výstupem této práce je nástroj, jak by mohly v budoucnosti subjekty stavebního trhu reagovat na obdobnou krizi v návaznosti na dopady pro celý sektor. K zjištění tohoto výstupu je použito několik výzkumných metod, a to konkrétně metoda statistické a poměrové finanční analýzy ve spojení s metodou dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů. Výstupní informace jsou přínosem pro subjekty stavebního trhu, kteří se lépe zorientují na stavebním trhu v průběhu započaté krize a mohou tak adekvátně reagovat.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the presentation and characterization of the crisis in the construction industry in connection with construction practice. During the last four years, the construction sector has been affected by several waves of changes that have benefited the entities of the construction market and, in the opposite case, harmed them. This bachelor's thesis mapped the course of these waves, which started at the beginning of 2020 with the outbreak of the COVID-19 viral pandemic, when, based on government measures, the activities of businesses in the Czech Republic almost completely stopped. The following years reflect the effects of these measures, when the materials crisis gradually began, which freely transitioned into a financial crisis following the rise in energy prices. All these facts have directly affected the results of the construction sector in recent years. The aim of this work is to determine and analyze the effects of the material and financial crisis with an indirect comparison of crises from previous years. The output of this work is a tool for how construction market entities could respond to a similar crisis in the future, following the impact on the entire sector. Several research methods are used to determine this output, specifically the method of statistical and average financial analysis in conjunction with the method of questionnaire survey and controlled interviews. The output information is beneficial for construction market entities, who will better orient themselves on the construction market during the crisis that has begun and can thus respond adequately.
