Effective forms of communication and cooperation between kindergarten and family

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Efektivních forem spolupráce a komunikace mezi mateřskou školou a rodinou. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly: komunikace, význam rodiny a MŠ v procesu socializace ve vývoji předškolního dítěte, klima MŠ a akční výzkum. V praktické části je popsáno výzkumné šetření, které probíhalo v rámci projektu Podpora pregramotností předškolního vzdělávání, formou akčního výzkumu ve dvou mateřských školách. Ve výzkumném šetření byly zjišťovány formy komunikace a spolupráce, které v mateřských školách využívají. Na základě vyhodnocení výchozího stavu byl stanoven intervenční plán a návrh nových forem komunikace a spolupráce. Intervence byly realizovány a na závěr byla vyhodnocena jejich efektivita a bylo provedeno celkové zhodnocení výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis focuses on Effective forms of cooperation and communication between kindergarten and family. The thesis be composed a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is structured in four chapters: communication, the importance of family and kindergarten in the process of socialization in the development of preschool children, school climate and action research. In the practical part describes the research, which was realized within the project Support of preschool education in the form of action research in two kindergartens. Research has explored forms of communication and collaboration in nursery schools. Based on the initial status an intervention plan and a proposal for new forms of communication and cooperation were set. Interventions were implemented and their effectiveness was evaluated and an overall evaluation of the research was conducted.
