Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním typem přeměny obchodních korporací, kterým jsou fúze. The diploma thesis deal with one of the type of business combination, which are mergers. The selected types of mergers are focused on their economic situation and financial health using selected indicators of financial analysis before and after the merger.
