Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je tvořena z podnětů zákazníků nakupujících v řeznictví, které autorka vlastní. Ráda by informovala své zákazníky o složení masných výrobků. Autorka si vypracovala dotazník, který rozdala ve svém obchodě, a po vyhodnocení odpovědí se zaměřila na ty aspekty, o které se její zákazníci nejvíce zajímají. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is composed on the basis of butcher shop customers. The author is the owner of the butchery and she would like to inform her customers about ingredients of meat products. The author made a questionnaire for her customers and after evaluation of its results she decided to concentrate on aspects which are customers most interested in.
