This diploma work thesis is focused on the accounting profit and economic profit of the company. It compares and analyzes mutually given values. This thesis consists of three sections. Diplomová práca je zameraná na účtovný a ekonomický zisk firmy. Porovnáva a analyzuje navzájom dané veličiny. Diplomová práca obsahuje tri časti. Teoretická časť vymedzuje základné pojmy ako účtovný zisk, ekonomický zisk, daňový zisk a vzájomné väzby medzi nimi.
