Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku využívání informačních technologií v oblasti recruitmentu, a to zejména z pohledu zaměstnanců personálních agentur (agentur práce). Cílem práce je na základě popisu aktuálně využívaných technologií a analýzy způsobu jejich využívání vyhodnotit, zda a do jaké míry tyto moderní nástroje podporují funkčnost a efektivitu procesu získávání kandidátů na agenturou obsazované pracovní pozice, jakož i formulovat související autorské návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of information technologies in the field of recruitment, especially from the point of view of employees of a recruitment agencies. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether and to what extent these modern tools support the functionality and efficiency of the process of sourcing and recruiting candidates for the agencies, as well as to formulate related author's suggestions and recommendations on the currently used technologies and the analysis of their use.
