Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výsluhovými nároky příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Cílem práce je analýza způsobu odměňování ve vztahu k základním funkcím výsluhových nároků. Jakým způsobem jednotlivé složky služebního příjmu ovlivňují výši výsluhových nároků a zda výsluhové nároky zohledňují náročnost služby příslušníků v přímém výkonu služby ve vztahu k motivaci v setrvání ve služebním poměru. …more

This bachelor's thesis deals with the retirement allowance of security forces members. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the method of reward system in relation to the basic functions of retirement allowance.
