Epiphytic lichens on woody species in parks of conurbations (towns Trutnov, Děčín)

Abstract:

V letech 2014 a 2015 probíhalo sledování epifytických druhů lišejníků rostoucích na dřevinách v parcích měst Trutnov a Děčín. Na celkem 162 stromech 32 různých druhů bylo nalezeno 36 druhů lišejníků, z toho 11 druhů obligátně epifytických. Za významné lze považovat nálezy Candelaria concolor, Candelariella reflexa, Evernia prunastri, Hypogymnia tubulosa, Vulpicida pinastri a Xanthoria polycarpa, patřící do kategorie taxonů blízkých ohrožení (NT). Významný je také nález taxonu Usnea sp. Nejvýznamnějším nálezem je druh Punctelia jeckeri, zařazený do kategorie taxonů zranitelných (VU).

Abstract:

In 2014 and 2015, there was a monitoring of epiphytic lichens species growing on the trees in the park of towns Trutnov and Děčín. On total of 162 trees, 32 different species were found 36 species of lichens, 11 of them were obligatory epiphytes. The important findings are Candelaria concolor, Candelariella reflexa, Evernia prunastri, Hypogymnia tubulosa, Vulpicida pinastri and Xanthoria polycarpa, which are listed in the category near threatened (NT). Finding of taxon Usnea is also important. The most important finding is Punctelia jeckeri, which is classified in the category vulnerable (VU).
