Company strategy

Abstract:

Práce náležitým způsobem mapuje, jak se dnes zachází s podnikovou strategií jako samostatnou manažerskou disciplínou. Rozebírá, jakým způsobem je strategie vnímána v jednotlivých úrovních businessu a teoreticky se přitom opírá o renomované autory, podílející se na výuce podnikové strategie značnou část svého života. Zároveň teoretická část nastiňuje systém, v jakém bude pracováno v praktické části této práce a také představuje jednotlivé nástroje, které jak k analýze, tak k tvorbě samotné strategie budou použity. V praktické části se bude rozebírat společnost Kulohryzky, která bude nejdříve vhodně zasazena do kontextu sektoru a následně bude vytvořena robustní analýza, na jejímž základě bude vytvořena korporátní a konkurenční strategie.

Abstract:

This work is maping, how is worked with company strategy like a management discipline on its own. Analyze, how the strategy is perceived in different levels of business and theoreticly it´s based on a prestigious authors, which share their knowledge for a significant part of their lifes. At the same time, theoretical part of this work outline a system, in which will be worked in a practical part of this work and also presentate particular tools, which will be used for analyzation and making strategy. In practical part will be presented a company named Kulohryzky, which will be contextualized in a proper sector and then will be created analization, on which base will be created corporation and competition strategy.
