Strengthening the relation between work performance and satisfaction of employees in a selected company by implementation of Cafeteria system

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posílením vztahu mezi pracovní výkonností a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku zavedením systému Cafeteria. V teoretické části, kterou jsem vypracovala za použití odborné literatury, jsem nejdříve popsala fungování a význam systému odměňování zaměstnanců a následně jsem se zabývala samotným systémem Cafeteria a jeho vlivem na pracovní výkonnost a spokojenost zaměstnanců. V praktické části jsem stanovila hypotézy, představila zkoumané subjekty a zrealizovala vlastní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s manažerem. Cílem mého výzkumu bylo zhodnotit fungování a význam odměňování zaměstnanců ve zkoumaném podniku a poté navrhnout možné posílení vztahu mezi pracovní výkonností a spokojeností zaměstnanců prostřednictvím zavedení systému Cafeteria. Na základě vyhodnocení mého výzkumu jsem v poslední kapitole vytvořila vlastní návrh možného posílení vztahu mezi pracovní výkonností a spokojeností zaměstnanců právě prostřednictvím zavedení systému Cafeteria ve zkoumaném podniku.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the strengthening of the relation between work performance and satisfaction of employees in a selected company by implementing Cafeteria Plan. In the theoretical part, which has been prepared on the basis of specialized literature, I have explained the functioning and meaning of the reward system. I have followed up with the description the Cafeteria Plan and its influence on the performance and satisfaction of employees. The practical part consists of determining hypothesis, introduction of research subjects and realization of the research by questionnaire and interview with manager. The objective of my research is to evaluate functioning and meaning of reward system in the researched company and then suggest the potential way of strengthening the relation between work performance and satisfaction of employees by implementation of Cafeteria Plan. Pursuant to the evaluation of my research, I prepared the project of strengthening the relation between work performance and satisfaction of employees in a selected company by implementation of Cafeteria Plan.
