Project of prevention of juvenile delinquency under conditions of imprisonment
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá kriminalitou mládeže a její prevencí ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Vymezuje příčiny a typy kriminálního chování mládeže, v první řadě ve vězeňském prostředí. Práce se specificky zaměřuje na mladistvé v trestním opatření odnětí svobody, především na jejich preventivní programy zacházení a v pojetí penitenciární pedagogiky.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with juvenile delinquency and its prevention in the execution of a prison sentence. It defines the causes and types of criminal behavior of youth, primarily in the prison environment. The thesis specifically focuses on juveniles in criminal prison measures, especially on their preventive treatment programs and in the concept of penitentiary pedagogy.
