Anotácia:

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování podnikatelského projektu zaměřeného na založení reálného podniku, jedinečné stylové kavárny ve městě Jeseník, v odpovídajícím rozsahu, tvořeného teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zpracována literární rešerší, přičemž je zaměřena na charakteristiku základních pojmů podniku orientovaného na hostinskou kavárenskou činnost v konkrétní lokalitě se splněním legislativních náležitostí. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá sestavením samotného podnikatelského projektu k založení podniku, který bude provozovat hostinskou kavárenskou činnost se zaměřením na kvalitní nabízený produkt a službu, orientovaný na regionální produkty s nabídkou výběrové kávy, různých forem servisu, domácí ovocné nápoje - smoothie a dezerty pro širší spektrum hostů. Diplomová práce je zakončena výsledky práce, závěry a doporučeními, které mohou do budoucna přispět k založení podniku a rozvoji drobného podnikání.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to devise a business project aimed at establishing a real company. Unique and stylish café in the town of Jeseník in the appropriate extent, consisting of the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is composed of literary research, which is focused on the characteristics of the basic concepts of the company, oriented to the hospitality café business in a particular location that meets the legislative requirements. The practical part of the thesis, or the thesis itself, deals with the formation of the business project itself for the establishment of a company which will run a coffeehouse focusing on the quality of the product and service offered. Oriented on the regional products with a selection of coffee, various forms of service, homemade fruit drinks - smoothies and desserts for a wider range of guests. The thesis concludes with the results of the work, conclusions and recommendations that may contribute to the establishment of a company and the development of small business in the future.
