Estimation of the impacts of the implementation of the Industry 4.0 initiative in production enterprises

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na charakteristický popis Průmysl 4.0, přesněji na jednotlivé technologie, vznik konceptu, dále se práce zabývá především popisem implementace a dopady na produkční podniky. Cílem bylo zanalyzovat problémy, možné nedostatky implementace Průmysl 4.0, také připravenost podniků a zjištění připravenosti a vztahu podniků na přicházející změny. V závěru jsem zhodnotil přínosy a možné nedostatky v konkrétních podnicích Siemens a.s. a Škoda Auto, v druhé části na obecné podniky všeho druhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristic description of Industry 4.0, more precisely on individual technologies, on concepts, as well as on the work that can best describe the implementation and impacts on production companies. They were looking to analyze the problems, possible implementations of Industry 4.0, prepare companies and look for ready and business relationships for the coming changes. In conclusion, I appreciated the benefits and possible fines in specific companies Siemens a.s. and Škoda Auto, in the second part to general enterprises of all kinds.
