Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na probační programy podle zákona č.218/2003Sb., o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže, v platném znění a jejich fungování v praxi. Abstract:
This diploma thesis concentrates on probation programmes pursuant to Act No. 218/2003 Coll., on Juvenile Justice, as amended, and its functioning in practice. The first part deals with definition of the main terms, history of sanctioning of juveniles and the brief description of measures that are being imposed on the juvenile offenders.
