This thesis focuses on motivation factors that affect people organizing events in ZČ HB Slunovrat – one of the suborganisations of the Brontosaurus Movement. The theoretical part of the work describes problematics of motivation from a psychological perspective. Further, it deals with such topics like volunteering and experiental education.
