Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat materiál, který bude sloužit jako inspirace především pro učitelky mateřských škol, které s jeho pomocí pomohou rozvíjet pohyblivost předškoláků a jejich pozitivní vztah k pohybovým aktivitám a sportu.
