V teoretické části je bakalářská práce zaměřená především na problematiku exekucí, jejich průběh, výhody a nevýhody s ní spojené. Dále pak na vliv exekucí na nemovitosti, průběh dražeb a insolvenční řízení. Dané téma jsem si zvolila z důvodu svých pracovních zkušeností na exekutorském úřadě Praha – východ.
