Sledovali jsme profil a dynamiku kognitivního výkonu u pacientů s depresí. Zjišťovali jsme, zda vytipované faktory (depresivní symptomatologie, aktuální emocionální stav a odezva na léčbu) souvisí s kognitivním výkonem. 25 hospitalizovaných pacientů s diagnózou deprese dle MKN-10 jsme vyšetřili komplexní neuropsychologickou testovou baterií na začátku a na konci čtyřtýdenní antidepresivní léčby.
