V první části bakalářské práce jsou popsány základní pojmy managementu, řízení lidských zdrojů a strategického managementu. V praktické části se práce zabývá strategickou analýzou vnitřní a vnějšího prostředí společnosti BS Chladiče s.r.o. působící v České republice.
