Questionnaire survey of the satisfaction of students in the field of radiology assistant with professional experience

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zmapovat spokojenost budoucích radiologických asistentů při absolvování odborné praxe ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z části teoretické a praktické. Část teoretická obsahuje charakteristiky studijního oboru radiologický asistent vyučovaný na Univerzitě Pardubice, stručnou historii oboru, definuje odbornou praxi a jakož i definuje profesi radiologického asistenta. Pojednává o jednotlivých pracovištích, kde budoucí absolventi oboru najdou své uplatnění, jsou jimi oddělení radiodiagnostiky, nukleární medicíny a radioterapie. Dále se zabývá odbornou praxí budoucího radiologického asistenta a možnostmi dalšího vzdělávání a odborného růstu a rovněž i zásadami pro tvorbou a vyhodnocování dotazníkového šetření. Část praktická zpracovává kvalitativní dotazníkové šetření a vyhodnocuje otázky, které byly studentům oboru radiologický asistent (radiologická asistence) položeny.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis, I use questionnaires to deal with the satisfaction of radiological assistants during professional practice in a healthcare facility. The theoretical part focuses on the characterization of the field of study radiological assistant taught at the University of Pardubice and its brief history of the field. It also discusses individual workplaces where the work of a radiology assistant is used, such as radiodiagnostics, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy. He also deals with the professional practice of a radiological assistant, the creation and evaluation of questionnaires and attestation, which only takes place when he is integrated into the work process. The practical part of the work processes a qualitative questionnaire survey with the intention of achieving goals and evaluating research questions. The goal of the research part is to map the satisfaction of radiology assistant students at the workplace during professional practice.
