Diplomová práce je na téma porovnávání restauračních zařízení typu čajovna v okrese Chomutov. Vybrala jsem si pro výzkum Dobrou čajovnu, čajovnu Alibaba, čajovnu Zen. V teoretické jsou kapitoly o historii čaje, rozdělení čaje, marketingu, SWOT analýze a marketingovém výzkumu. V praktické části jsem sestavila SWOT analýzu pro každou čajovnu zvlášť. Abstract:
This thesis is on the comparison of restaurant equipment type teahouse in the district of Chomutov. I chose to research well tearoom, tea house Alibaba, Zen tea room. The theoretical chapters on the history of tea, tea distribution, marketing, SWOT analysis and marketing research.
