Diplomová práce využívá osobnostní typologii jako nástroj pro porozumění vyučovacímu stylu učitele a osobnostních typů žáků. Zaměřuje se na protichůdné osobnostní typy učitele a žáků a snaží se pomocí navrhnutých aktivit zlepšit podmínky pro učení žáků v hodinách tak, aby více vyhovovaly jejich osobnostním typům. The diploma thesis uses personality typology as an instrument for understanding both a teacher's teaching style and pupils' personality types. This work focuses on opposing types of the teacher and her pupils, and tries to improve pupils' learning conditions in lessons on the basis of suggested activities in order to suit their types more.
