Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou masové komunikace a analýzou jejích prostředků z pohledu psychologie. Zaměřuje se na psychologické aspekty masové komunikace, na význam médií pro společnost a zkoumá jejich účinnost na člověka. Cílem práce je utvořit ucelený přehled v problematice masové komunikace se zaměřením na psychologické otázky a přístupy, které z tohoto tématu pramení. Zároveň je snahou poukázat na psychologický vliv médií na člověka, roli médií ve společnosti a faktory ovlivňující účinnost masových médií. Výzkumu účinnosti masové komunikace se věnuje i praktická část této práce. Formou dotazníkového šetření byla zjišťována účinnost sdělení na příjemce a ovlivnitelnost člověka ze strany médií. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo interpretované výsledky porovnat s analyzovanými skutečnostmi v teoretické části této práce. Zjistilo se, že lidé se ve většině případů nechají ovlivnit informacemi z médií a na jejich základě si utváří vlastní názor. Zároveň si všímají odlišných a rozporuplných sdělení, která média prezentují. Většina oslovených také připouští, že média využívají manipulačních způsobů při sdělování informací. Přínos této práce její autor spatřuje v jasně strukturovaných kapitolách, které na sebe tématicky navazují, všímají si významných psychologických aspektů v masové komunikaci, definují druhy a formy mezilidské komunikace v uceleném přehledu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´s work is concentrated in the problems of mass communication and the analysis of their means from the psychological point of view. It tests the psychological aspects of mass communication, the meaning of media for our society and it searches their efficiency on a man. The main aim of this work is to form an integral overview in a problem of mass communication and to concentrate in psychological questions and approaches. There is also an effort to show the psychological influence of media on a man, the role of media on our society and the factors which influence the efficiency of mass media. The practical part of this work is concentrated in the research of mass media influence. In a form of questionnaire research we wanted to know the influence on the recipient and how a man can be influenced by media. The aim of this research was to compare the results with the analysed facts in the theoretical part of the work. It was found that people can be easily influenced by the information from media and they form their opinions according to these information. They also mention the differences in the form of presenting the information. The majority of people who took part in this research answered that mass media profited from the way how they manipulated with information. The author can see contribution of this work in clearly structured chapters, which thematically link together, they are concentrated in outstanding psychological aspects in mass communication. The chapters define the kinds and forms of interpersonal communication in an integral overview.
