Domestic violence and the activities of administrative bodies in misdemeanor proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit pojmy, znaky a formy domácího násilí, celkově rozebrat problematiku institutu domácího násilí a posoudit fungování správních orgánů v této oblasti. Součástí práce bude analýza případů z advokátní praxe. Na základě zajištěných poznatků bude provedena syntéza a bude zhodnoceno, zda u nás správní orgány disponují efektivními nástroji ochrany.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is to define the concepts, signs, and forms of domestic violence, analyze the issue of the institute of domestic violence in general, and assess the functioning of administrative bodies in this area.
