The main point of my work is based on theoretical knowledge to carry out a comparative analysis of selected bank loan product in terms of selected banks and non-banking companies. The work is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part will be handled issues of all types of corporate financing, but the main part is about funding a loan. Cieľom mojej práce je na základe teoretických poznatkov uskutočniť komparatívnu analýzu vybraného bankového úverového produktu v podmienkach vybraných bánk a nebankových spoločností. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. V teoretickej časti bude spracovaná problematika všetkých typov financovania podnikov, no podstatná časť je zameraná na financovanie úverom.
