V diplomové práci se zabývám oceňováním ve facility managementu se zaměřením na majetek obcí. V první kapitole popisuji facility management jako samostatný obor. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji oceňování nemovitostí a právní formality spojené s nemovitostmi. Ve třetí kapitole popisuji metody oceňování. The thesis deals with the measurement in facility management with a focus on municipal property. The first chapter describes the facility management as a separate discipline.
