Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce blíže cílí na téma, které je neodmyslitelnou součástí každodenního života lidí, a sice na téma komunikace. Konkrétně je ústředním tématem dané práce komunikace uvnitř firmy tedy komunikace vnitrofiremní. Právě interní firemní komunikaci lze pro správné fungování každé firmy či společnosti považovat za stěžejní. Jedině včas a vhodně informovaní pracovníci mají ve svou firmu, respektive její vedení, důvěru a jsou k nim loajální. Téma komunikace je v této práci nejprve řešeno v obecné rovině, poté je už blíže zacíleno právě na interní firemní komunikaci. Představen je její úkol, obsah, nástroje, dále jsou zmíněny dopady nefungující vnitrofiremní komunikace, část práce také popisuje interní firemní PR, ale i neformální firemní komunikaci a důvěru zaměstnanců ve firmu. S ohledem na sféru, které se týká praktická část této práce, je rovněž zmíněna oblast médií, kdy jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy a principy jejich fungování. Praktická část práce se pak již věnuje interní firemní komunikaci v konkrétní regionální televizi. Cílem praktické části je pomocí výzkumného šetření rozklíčovat, jak lidé pohybující se v daném masmédiu vnímají formu a efektivitu nastavené vnitrofiremní komunikace a kde spatřují prostor pro případné zlepšení. Klíčové výsledky výzkumu realizovaného pomocí kvalitativního šetření, a sice polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, jsou zde popsány. Zjištěné skutečnosti mohou být pro daný subjekt podnětným impulsem k nastavení odpovídající vnitrofiremní komunikace, využití vhodných komunikačních kanálů, a zároveň také ukotvení efektivní vnitrofiremní komunikace do běžné firemní praxe.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on a topic that is an integral part of people's daily lives, namely the topic of communication. Specifically, the central theme of the work is communication within the company, ie internal communication. It is internal corporate communication that can be considered crucial for the proper functioning of any company. Only timely and appropriately informed employees have confidence in their company or its management and are loyal to them. The topic of communication in this work is first addressed in general, then it is focused on internal corporate communication. Its task, content, tools are presented, the effects of non-functioning internal communication are also mentioned, part of the work also describes internal corporate PR, but also informal corporate communication and the trust of employees in the company. With regard to the sphere, which concerns the practical part of this work, the field of media is also mentioned, where the basic concepts and principles of their operation are presented. The practical part of the work is then devoted to internal corporate communication in a specific regional television. The aim of the practical part is to use research to decipher how people moving in the mass media perceive the form and effectiveness of the set internal company communication and where they see room for possible improvement. The key results of the research carried out by means of a qualitative survey, namely semi-structured interviews, are described here. The identified facts can be a stimulating impulse for the given subject to set up appropriate internal company communication, use of suitable communication channels, and at the same time anchoring effective internal company communication into common company practice.
