Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice projektového financování v elektroenergetice a to především o financování projektů výstavby nových zdrojů elektrické energie. V úvodních kapitolách této práce, které jsou popsány spíše teoreticky, je vysvětlen samotný pojem projektové financování, jsou uvedeny jednotlivé typy účastníků projektového financování, není opomenuta zmínka o financujících bankách, jsou analyzována možná rizika vyskytující se v projektovém financování. Zbývající část práce je zaměřena prakticky a je věnována analýze postupu získání bankovního úvěru na financování projektů nových zdrojů energie. Je zde uvedeno, co všechno musí klient splnit, aby obdržel bankovní úvěr. Jelikož za posledních pět let proběhl v ČR boom výstavby obnovitelných zdrojů elektrické energie, který měl za následek růst poskytování úvěrů na financování těchto zdrojů, tak ve zbývající části práce je projektové financování těchto druhů zdrojů elektrické energie blíže popsáno. V poslední kapitole je ukázáno na praktickém projektu, jak se hodnotí projekt po ekonomické stránce a jaký je rozdíl mezi zvolenou formou splácení úvěru.

Abstract:

The thesis deals about the project financing on construction of new power sources. In the opening chapters of this work, this is described more in theoreritc part, describing the concept of project finances and describes the various types of participants in project finances. This is mentioned in the part about financing banks, analyzing the possible risks in project financing. The remaining part is more practically focused and dedicated to the procedure for obtaining a bank loan to finance new energy sources projects. There is indicated, what the client must meet to obtain a bank loan. Since the last five years took place in the Czech Republic boom of renewable energy sources, which had the effect of increasing lending to finance these sources, as well as in the rest of the work will be project finance these types of energy sources more fully described. The last chapter shows the practical way, as how the project is evaluated in economic terms and what is the difference between the chosen form of loan repayment.
