Tato práce pojednává o možnostech identifikace vybraných patogenů, jež jsou přenášeny klíšťaty. Jedná se o původce onemocnění lidské granulární anaplasmózy, popřípadě lidské monocytární anaplazmózy, kterými jsou bakterie rodu Anaplasma, popřípadě Ehrlichia. Abstract:
The thesis discusses the possibilities of identification of selected pathogens that are transmitted by ticks. The pathogens are agents of human granular anaplasmosis or human monocytic anaplasmosis, bacteria of the genus Anaplasma or Ehrlichia specifically. Furthermore, they are the infectious agents of Lyme disease, that are caused by the bacteria of the genus Borrelia and disease called babesiosis …more
