Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vykazovania goodwillu a o ochrannej známky, metódami výpočtu a jeho využití v praxi. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie pojmov ako nehmotný dlhodobý majetok – s dôrazom na goodwill a obchodnú značku.
