Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku účinku a vlivu alkoholu a alkoholických nápojů na organismus, zejména na dutinu ústní. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie dutiny ústní včetně sliny, objevují se zde kapitoly, které se týkají ethanolu, jeho metabolismu, vlivu na buňky, trávící soustavu i celé tělo. The bachelor thesis is focused on the effect and influence of alcohol and alcoholic beverages on the human body, especially the oral cavity. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the oral cavity, including saliva, there are chapters concerning ethanol, its metabolism, its influence on cells, digestive system and whole body.
