Rychnov nad Kněžnou – Wooden building for permanent housing

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je návrh nepodsklepené dřevostavby rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Rychnově nad Kněžnou. Zvolený konstrukční systém je z CLT panelů od firmy NOVATOP a střešní konstrukce je řešena jako hambálkový krov. Pro rodinný dům jsou vytvořeny dispoziční a prostorové varianty, které budou v závěru posouzeny a investor si vybere nejvhodnější z nich. U navržených dispozičních řešení je snaha o dodržení stejné podlahové plochy obytných místností. Prostorové umístěné objektu je v souladu s územním plánem a územní studií dané lokality. Pro vybranou variantu je zpracována výkresová dokumentace s technický popisem a potřebnými výpočty. V závěru je nastínění možného řešení zdravotně technických instalací.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor thesis is the design of a wooden house for a family of four in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The chosen structural system is made of CLT panels from NOVATOP and the roof structure is designed with the collar beam. The layout and spatial variants for the family house are created, which will be assessed in the end and the investor will choose the most suitable one. For the proposed layout solutions, the aim is to maintain the same floor area of the living rooms. The spatial location of the building is in accordance with the zoning plan and the zoning study of the site. For the selected variant, a drawing documentation with a technical description and the necessary calculations has been prepared. In the end there is an outline of the possible solution of health technical installations.
