Selected Social Aspects of Criminality Women Prisoners

Abstract:

Stěžejním tématem této práce je problematika kriminality žen jako společenského problému, a to zejména poznání příčin a faktorů vedoucích ke kriminálnímu chování žen. Vedle seznámení čtenáře s vybranými teoriemi kriminality žen, přes vývoj role ženy ve společnosti a přiblížení specifik ženské kriminality, jsou v práci uvedena data o trestné činnosti žen v České republice a popis jednotlivých druhů trestné činnosti. Autorka se rovněž zmiňuje o trestání žen a zvláštnostech jejich výkonu trestu. Rozhodujícím výstupem diplomové práce jsou výsledky a zjištění výzkumu, který byl realizován u žen, jež prošly výkonem trestu odnětí svobody.

Abstract:

The main focus of this thesis is the issue of female crime as a social problem, particularly knowledge of the causes and factors leading to criminal behavior of women. In addition to acquainting the reader with selected theories of female criminality, through developing the role of women in society and move the specifics of female crime in the work of the dates on the criminal activities of women in the Czech Republic and description of the types of crime. The author also deal here with the punishment of women and peculiarities of executing their sentence. The decisive outcome of the thesis are the results and findings of research that was conducted at that, that have undergone imprisonment.
