Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou zvyšování efektivity výstupní logistiky ve vybrané společnosti. Úvodní blok teoretické části práce je věnován obecně logistice, konkrétně definicím, členěním a cílům logistiky. Následující teoretický blok je zaměřen na výstupní logistiku a s ní související problematiku. Analytická část je orientována na analýzu výstupní logistiky konsolidačního skladu vybrané společnosti. Ve třetí části této práce jsou vypracovány dva návrhy nového systému výstupní logistiky, které by měly zvýšit efektivitu výstupní logistiky. Závěr práce je věnován ekonomickému vyhodnocení navrhovaného řešení systému výstupní logistiky.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on increasing the efficiency of the outbound logistics in the selected company. Introductory block of theoretical part is generally devoted to logistic, namely to definitions, division and goals of logistics. The following theoretical block of this thesis is deals to outbound logistic and related issues. The analytical part is oriented to the analysis of the outbound logistics of the consolidation warehouse of the selected company. In the third part of this thesis are developed two suggestions of new outbound logistics system, which should increase the efficiency of outbound logistics. The final part of this thesis is devoted to the economic evaluation of the proposed solution of the outbound logistics system.
