Medical rehabilitation plan and process after intervertebral disc operation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výhřezem meziobratlové ploténky. Je rozčleněna do tří celků. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii a biomechaniku páteře, patogenezi a terapii hernií. Speciální část se věnuje komplexnímu rehabilitačnímu plánu u pacientů s vyhřezlou meziobratlovou ploténkou. Třetí část zahrnuje zpracování kazuistiky u pacienta s hernií disku L5/S1.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is engaged in intervertebral disc prolaps. It is divided into three parts. The general part consists of the anatatomy and a biomechanism of spinal column, pathogenesis and therapy of a disc herniation. Special part deals with physiorepeutical complex in patients with intervertebral disc prolaps. In the third part, casuistry, I presented the patient with disc prolaps L5/S1.
