Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Zlomek, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje pojmy z oblasti konkurence, marketingu, analýz atd. V praktické části je popsána současná situace ve firmě, jsou zde provedeny také analýzy současné konkurenční pozice společnosti na základě kterých jsou uskutečněny mé vlastní návrhy na zlepšení konkurenční pozice společnosti. Abstract:
This thesis are focused on enhancing of competitiveness company Zlomek, s.r.o. The practical part describes current situation in the company, there are also made analysis of current competitive position of the company based on which are implement my own suggestions for improving the competitive position of company. In conclusion is evaluation of overall benefit based on all suggested improvements.
