Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úhrady lůžkové zdravotní péče skrze klasifikační systém DRG. Téma a praktické zaměření práce je aplikováno na reálnou situaci v Nemocnici Strakonice, a.s. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on issues of DRG classification in health care system. The topic and aim of this thesis is applied on the real situation in Strakonice Hospital. The substance of the practical part is the calculation of real expensiveness in inpatient care. Methodically it as a multi-step calculation with case-mix redistribution.
