The issue of protection of the population in urban planning of cities Czech Republic
Abstract:
Současná územně plánovací praxe, na rozdíl od minulosti, do jisté míry přehlíží problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva před vnějšími i vnitřními hrozbami. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit územně plánovací dokumentaci vybraných měst, zhodnotit v nich obsaženou problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva a navrhnout doporučení ke změnám v této dokumentaci.
Abstract:
Current urban planning practice, contrary of the past, in some way overlooks the question regarding to protecting of the population against external and internal threats. The aim of this work is to evaluate the urban planning documentation in the selected cities, to review the included question of protection of the population and to suggest the recommendations leads to the changes in this documentation …more
