Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou zastavování exekucí. Nejprve vysvětluje nejzásadnější pojmy a právní zakotvení. Dále se zaměřuje na zastavování exekucí z obecných důvodů. Následně rozebírá nejnovější zvláštní důvody zastavení exekuce. V neposlední řadě obsahuje právní úpravu návrhu na zastavení exekuce jako prostředku obrany povinného proti vedení nepřípustné exekuce.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the discontinuation of executions. It first explains the most fundamental concepts and legal framework. Furthermore, it focuses on the discontinuation of executions for general reasons. Subsequently, it analyzes the latest specific reasons discontinuing executions.
