Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se soustředí na trestnou činnost páchanou na dětech a skládá se ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Cílem teoretické části je hlouběji proniknout do problematiky trestných činů páchaných na dětech a poskytnou ucelený pohled z hlediska historického vývoje práv děti v české republice, základních druhů trestné činnosti páchané na dětech, prevence a léčby dětí postižených těmito činy. Praktická část analyzuje hypotézy na základě kvantitativního šetření pomocí odborných pracovníků. Tato šetření se zaměřují zejména na vztah mezi neúplnými rodinami a domácím násilím, stejně jako na možné dopady zvýšení trestů za trestnou činnost páchanou na dětech. Výsledky práce poskytují užitečné informace a návrhy v oblasti ochrany dětí a prevence trestné činnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on crime against children and consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to delve deeper into the issue of crimes against children and to provide a comprehensive view in terms of the historical development of children's rights in the Czech Republic, the basic types of crimes against children, prevention and treatment of children affected by these crimes. The practical part analyses the hypotheses based on a quantitative investigation with the help of professionals. These investigations focus in particular on the relationship between single-parent families and domestic violence, as well as on the possible effects of increased penalties for crimes against children. The results of the work provide useful information and suggestions in the field of child protection and crime prevention.
