Development of the budget and its structure in the town Most from 2003 to 2007

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat strukturu rozpočtu města Mostu. Zaměřuji se na poměr výdajů a příjmů města a dále na postavení oblastí kultury, sportu a školství v jeho rozpočtu. V práci charakterizuji veřejnou správu a veřejné finance a dále obecně popisuji veřejný rozpočet, státní rozpočet a rozpočet územních celků. Dále se zaměřuji na rozpočet Statutárního města Most. Provádím analýzu struktury mosteckého rozpočtu, poměru jeho výdajů a příjmů. Analyzuji také oblasti kultury, sportu a školství a jejich výdaje v rámci rozpočtu v jednotlivých letech.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelors work is to analyze the structure of the budget of the town Most. I focus on the proportion of revenues and expenses of the town and also on the position of the culture, education and sport in town´s budget. I am defining the public control and the public finances, than I am describing the public budget, the government budget and the budget of the administrative units. I am focusing on the budget of the statutory town of Most. I am doing the analysis of the structure of the Most's budget, the proportion of its revenues and expences. I am analysing the position of the culture, sport and education and their expenses within the budget of particular years.
