Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je ageismus ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřená na charakteristiku stárnutí a stáří. Dále se zde zabývám vysvětlením ageismu jako takového, jeho příčinami, projevy a rovněž předsudky, které s ageismem souvisí. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is ageism in the healthcare facility. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of aging and old age. Dealt with explaining ageism as such, its causes, symptoms and also the prejudices of ageism related. The main part of the theory is given to ageism in health care and nursing care.
