Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu volné cirkulující nádorové DNA, zejména na stanovení mutací v genech KRAS, NRAS a BRAF, u pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem. Toto onemocnění bývá velmi často diagnostikováno až v pokročilém stádiu, což značně komplikuje léčbu a snižuje šance na plné vyléčení. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of free circulating tumour DNA, especially on the determination of mutations in KRAS, NRAS and BRAF genes in patients with colorectal cancer. This disease is very often diagnosed at an advanced stage, which greatly complicates treatment and reduces the rate of recovery.
