Abstract:

Tématem hlavní části diplomové práce je komplexní uchopení osobnosti Jaroslava Bartoně a jeho vlivu na českou kulturu v kontextu hardrockové a heavymetalové obce. Práce chronologicky mapuje dosavadní život kytaristy Bartoně, známého především ze skupin Citron a Kreyson, Zaměřujeme se zejména na kompozičně nejplodnější období druhé poloviny osmdesátých let a první poloviny následující dekády. Text vychází z rozsáhlých polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se samotným umělcem, ale také byla využita dostupná literatura, online zdroje a videodokumenty. Díky rozhovorům práce obsahuje zcela nové poznatky, které jsou spolu s dalšími zdroji zasazeny do uceleného biografického profilu. Poslední kapitola se zaobírá využitím hard rocku a heavy metalu v poslechových činnostech hudební výchovy. Tato didaktická část předkládá konkrétní námět, který prezentuje, jakým způsobem lze v rámci hudební výchovy pracovat s hardrockovým a heavymetalovým žánrem. Funkčnost konceptu byla ověřena v rámci dvouhodinového bloku hudební výchovy.

Abstract:

The main part of this diploma thesis is about comprehensive understanding of the Jaroslav Bartoň personality and his influence on Czech culture in the context of the hard rock and heavy metal scene. The content is chronologically arranged, up to the present day by the life of the guitarist Bartoň known mainly from the bands Citron and Kreyson, with focus especially on the compositionally most productive period of the second half of the eighties and the first half of the following decade. The text is build upon extensive semi-structured interviews with the artist himself, but also available literature, online sources and video documents. Thanks to the interviews, the work contains completely new knowledge, which together with other sources is put together into a comprehensive overall biographical profile. The last chapter deals with use of hard rock and heavy metal as part of music education listening activities. This didactic section presents a specific topic, that presents options for how to work with hard rock and heavy metal genres in music education. The outcome has been verified by a two-hour music education class.
