Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivačních faktorů podílejících se na pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců v rámci vybraného kraje. První část práce se zabývá rozborem motivace a jejích technik, využívaných v pracovním prostředí.
