Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem personálního managementu mezinárodního týmu. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné předpoklady a rady pro úspěšnou týmovou práci a úspěšné řízení týmu od náboru zaměstnanců přes začleňování a rozvoj pracovníků až k závěrečnému ohodnocení výkonu zaměstnanců v prostředí globálních zaměstnavatelů. Praktická část je složena z dotazníku a rozhovorů s 30 různými respondenty. Účelem bylo představit toho téma z pohledu zaměstnanců a naznačit, jak práce v mezinárodním prostředí vypadá a zda je tento rozdíl malý nebo velký v porovnání s běžnou prací v týmu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of personnel management of an international team. The theoretical part summarizes general assumptions and advices of successful team work and management from recruitment through integration and development process to evaluation in the environment of global employers. The application part is composed of questionnaire and interviews with 30 different respondents. The purpose was to introduce topic from the employees’ perspective and give a hint how the work in the international environment looks like and if the distinction is small or huge in comparison with the ordinary team work.
